Introduction to Bahrain
Bahrain is a country located on the eastern coast of Saudi Arabia, near the Persian Gulf. Bahrain is a high income nation because of trade and natural resources. Natural resources such as gas and oil make their economy thrive. This island country in Western Asia is made up of 50 natural islands and 33 artificial islands. Bahrain is the third smallest nation in Asia and has a measly population of 1,500,000. The ethnic groups that are located in Bahrain consist of Arabs, Asians and a small percentage of North Americans. The government in Bahrain is an Islamic constitutional monarchy.
